Deck the Hall

At Klip Collective, Jen Cleary served as Production Manager for large-scale immersive media installations that transformed public space into shared cinematic experience. Working at the intersection of creative production, technical logistics, and live event operations, she helped guide complex projection-mapping projects from concept through execution, coordinating artists, engineers, vendors, and city stakeholders to bring ambitious public artworks to life.

Among the most visible of these projects was Philadelphia’s annual Deck the Hall light show, the projection-mapped holiday spectacular cast across the façade of Philadelphia City Hall. Cleary played a key operational role in producing the installation each season, helping manage the intricate choreography of content delivery, technical infrastructure, scheduling, and on-site coordination required for a show experienced by thousands of Philadelphians each night.

Commonspace : WHYY

Cleary served in multiple creative and production capacities, helping shape the program’s distinctive blend of journalism, live storytelling, community dialogue, and sound-driven performance. A collaboration between WHYY and First Person Arts, Commonspace explored complicated social issues through deeply personal narratives, often centering voices and communities that are overlooked in mainstream media.

Cleary worked across production and editorial roles, bringing a multidisciplinary background in theater, live events, and broadcast engineering into the project. Her contributions included production management, associate producing, editorial collaboration, and on-air performance work. Across numerous episodes, she helped coordinate the technical and creative infrastructure behind live recordings and broadcasts while also participating directly in storytelling segments and scripted readings.
